I purchased a similar pair of Lacoste slip on shoes at a local retailer. They looked nearly identical. I purchased this pair off of Amazon hoping for the same results. I was slightly disappointed as these did not quite have the same amazing cushion that my first pair did. With that said, they are a great pair of shoes. I have bought cheaper pairs of slip on shoes of similar style by other brands and found them wearing out quickly and breaking where the sole bends as you walk. That is not the case with Lacoste. These are well crafted, fit my feet well, and last a long time. The first pair I have has lasted me nearly a year (granted, I don't wear them every day... but still put considerable wear and tear on them) and they still feel great, and clean up okay. I will definitely be buying Lacoste shoes again... they're completely worth spending a little extra cash on. I marked "no" to the providing arch support only because I've been told that I'm someone who doesn't need great arch support for a shoe to be comfortable, so didn't feel right assessing this aspect. I just don't know. They're exceptionally comfortable for me and I can wear them all day.Also, I think they look great. Lacoste shoes generally look good and these, while casual, work well for me to wear to work or semi casual occasions. Also, I can just wear them with my day to day. Highly recommended. But, if you can try them on first, that's probably best (as is always the case with shoes, right?!).
